From a pragmatic point I concede, people are emotionally attached to certain categorizations. So the change has to be gradual preferably imperceptible. It is a long drawn effort that requires extreme patience, adeptness and pragmatism which in fact should be balanced with idealism. Pragmatism as mechanics and idealism for the end goals.
