What unites people? Everyone wants to be peaceful, happy, wealthy and respected. Let those goals unite them. Let us help in making people achieve them. Those are larger and powerful goals. Let us make people understand that fighting will come in the way of achieving these goals. But let us make it a healthy competition to make it engaging. An example would be if someone sets a high bar in achievement let others try to surpass it and not bring down the bar.
