Supreme Courts only Job is to monitor N Srinivasan & admonish him every day !!

Astonishing to say the least !!

Instead of focusing & resolving 100s of millions of cases pending for years related to the poor, helpless, criminal, money laundering, looting, murders, etc… they are absolutely focused on their Anti-South vendetta against N Srinivasan !!

They not only monitored that he presided over a silly BCCI meeting which has no consequence to anyone in this country, they even passed an order criticizing him in the strongest terms. He had to send an unconditional apology to get them off his back !! what a breakneck speed unknown in judiciary, online & instant judgments at moments notice – LOL !!

Wah re wah !! – Sabhaash - what a great service they are doing to the nation !!!!

What the heck was N. Srinivasan doing, attending to those silly meetings? Didnt he have any obligations to the share holders of
India Cements? He jeopardized their investment in the company by employing silly M S Dhoni, Sundar Raman et all as V.P. of
India Cements!1 What do they bring to the table of India Cements business or share-holders or staff or any stake holder? How much of the expenditure of the stupid IPL circus of Chennai Super Kings is costing to the company? Any idea?

Is he going to sink India Cements like his colleague Vijay Mallaya did to the staff and share holders and stake holders of King Fisher Airlines and UB Group companies?

Remember the days when India Cements was about to be declared as a sick company and Sreenivasan used to wait at the offices of ICICI for hours like a mouse (to borrow the phrase from Dr. Renuka) seeking appointment?

N Srinivasan has been managing BCCI & India cements for a long time. So why is it an issue now? Lets be clear - Supreme Court is not concerned with India Cements, their focus is BCCI & IPL.

And if India cements shareholders have a problem, theyare more than capable of pushing out N Srinivasan & putting a new CEO.

Supreme court should focus on ensuring swift justice to the millions of gang rape cases pending before it, so that the society can be rid of this heinous menace!!

Millions of issues are “far more important” than N Srinivasan attending a silly BCCI meeting or not, whether Shareholders of India Cements are capable of monitoring their interests or not.

Lets focus on the right issues !!

Instead of the well known 80-20 rule, the supreme court is following 93-7 rule. A group of lawyers have analysed the time spent by the judges in cases relating to constitution, interpretation of law etc, their prime responsibility, to time spent on other cases, handled by lower courts. 93% of the court's time is wasted on useless issues and only 7% on what is its primary job. Even in the recent hearing of bail petition of setalvad, when one of the judges asked whether it falls in the 7% or 93% category, kapil sibal got disoriented and had to be briefed by his colleagues. This report will soon be shared with the public.

There is a Pawar group which is against Srinivasan...It is all for the money + name/fame..Srinivasan was at the helm for 3 years and now he is ICC president...I personally felt that he should not have bid for IPL as it was a conflict of interest
