Hi Kuvs,
Long time no see..long post in Tamil..need to read it very slowly.
Wish you could translate it a little.
Hi Renu,
There sure is a Telepathy between you and I. As soon as I finished this post, the first person to strike mind immediately was you. And when I turned back, it was your post.
Give me some time. I will sure translate it for you. I forwarded this from my Brother's mail. I am going on a break now. Will return as soon as possible. Perhaps some other reader would complete the translation by then.
To give a gist of the above:
Our Human Body follows an alarm system pre-set to go off every 2 hours and for every organ to function with clock-like precision.
Between 3 am to 5 am is the time for the Liver. Time for Pranayama and Namaz. When Pranayama done this time, life is prolonged.
5 to 7 is time for Large Intestine. Need to finish Egestion. Best time for those suffering from Constipation.
7 to 9 best time for breakfast/meal. anything gets digested this time.
9 to 10 when food digests. when metabolism/catabolism is at its peak. time for fasting.
11 to 1 pm - time to avoid emotional outbursts. time of emotional rest.
1 Pm to 3 pm - time for lunch and for some nap.
3 pm to 5 pm - best time for urinating.
5 pm to 7 pm - Retreat from hectic day's schedule. time for meditation, prayer.
7 pm to 9 pm - time when pericardium functions. best time for supper.
9 pm to 11 Pm - time to go to sleep. something about triple keeter i dont understand. divides the body into 3 sections.
11 pm to 1 am - time not to keep awake. if awake the thermal system dysfunctions.
1 am to 3 am - worst time to keep awake. if awake, the following day will be sluggish.
Cheers!!!
