For example Kundalini energy is a truth. Very regularly I experience that truth. The nadis in the subtle body and flow of energy through them and the experience of bliss are all true.

The pranayama texts have also rightly talked about two nostril breathing as a sign of opening of sushumna. The logical end would be stillness in breathing and stillness of heart.

As I experience all this exactly as said in the texts, my respect and belief in them grows manifold. Astrology is another area which actually is a goldmine of information about space and time though it is ridiculously under rated now.
