I am glad the Garuda returned you safely to the earth and us. :hail:
Dreams can be very realistic - causing intense pain, joy, fear and terror.
I learned that during violent and disturbing dreams our B.P may shoot up to 250!!! Scary isn't it?? I shudder to think of the effect of 213/113 on me!
It is good that we would be lying on the bed when we have dreams.
Our safety is not guaranteed if we were in standing or sitting position.
