Building them is not a problem.
But maintaining them in usable condition is!!!

Jaitley said the BJP government was able to "transform Swachh Bharat into a movement to regenerate India". Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean Indian Campaign) was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 2 last year.
