A wife used to feel happy if her husband did not want to taste a preparation.
The reason? She could have his share of the tasty dish in addition to her own!
So a thaan-thinni does not mind NOT having a child - since she will get more food to eat.
A thavidu-thinni does not want to share her thavidu with anyone - least of all a hen!
