Oh God! It is high time to forbid
Man from becoming more morbid!

Make his mind now very turbid,
Settle down to become more lucid.

Let his speech which is rancid,
And his tongue dripping acid,

His modern way of living horrid,
His aesthetic sense turned lurid,

His refinements becoming torrid,
His mindless actions truly putrid,

Tend to become no more rabid
But slowly become more placid.
