Never ever apologize for what you have done however outrageous it might be!

I too will be belligerent and uncoperative If I am asked to leave the flight for something which is NOT my mistake!

If this is the fate of a well educated professionally qualified person what will be plight / fate of persons hard of hearing, unfamiliar with the foreign language and uneducated??? :wacko:

I am yet to meet a doctor who is belligerent and rude in real life!:lie:
