The personal health monitoring gadgets are becoming smaller and smaller.

The bulky mercury instrument (Sphygmomanometer) was replaced by the sleek digital meter.

But now the sleek digital meter is replaced by a sleeker wrist watch type monitor.

But it is better that we follow the instruction about the way of wearing it and the correct position

of hand to the letter so that we do not suffer a hear attach seeing the erroneous readings!
