A proverb a day to brighten the day!

538a. Solange es Leben gibt, gibt es Hoffnung.
538b. As long as there is life, there is a hope.

Does this explain why man wants to live on -
in spite of all the problems he has to put up with?

Everything is progressive in human life.
Everything good/ bad/ ugly either
improve or worsen with the passing time.

Man learns to adjust to, compromise with and tolerate everything!
That is why living is so much more challenging than ending one's own life.

Hoffnung = Hope.

Hope is the only thing that makes life go on...
even when it is a just distant spec of flickering light
at the end of a long and dark tunnel!
