Something...Something!

Somethings are never shared until some serious trouble starts brewing.

We are supposed to trim the finger nails curved and the toenails straight.

I wonder how many of us know this already or have ever thought about it.

I HAD to think about it when my toenail started curving under its own edge

and started growing doubly thick.

Nothing could cut it - scissors used to slide off the nail and the clipper was too narrow to accommodate this extra thick nail.

Luckily the toenail did not dig into my flesh but made my toe feel so very stiff and straightened out while I walked.

The 'foot doctor' scared me by offering to PULL out the nail and KILL its root!

I keep dropping at least a dozen things daily from the tiny woking space I have.

What will happen if even one of them lands on my nailless-toe everyday?

I took months to come to a decision and all the while the curled toenail kept growing extra longer and  extra stronger.

It was almost like a bargain going on between the determined doctor and poor me.

He finally agreed to remove only the troublesome edge on the nail and not kill the root.

There are so many things we need to know but are not taught anywhere.

How many of know to give first aid - in case of an emergency?

How many of know the symptoms of stroke or a heart attack?

How many of us know how to help a person who is choking over a large bite of food?

How many of us know how to put out fire on the oil in a heated pan or on a person?

We are expected to go and find out all these by ourselves.

AND We do it after we develop the problems.... not before that!

Thus life goes on ...

Something needed by us is found out ONLY after

something has gone wrong with that something.
