Things You Should Not Do in Kuala Lumpur[/h]Malaysia always welcome tourist regardless where you come from, as Muslim country and the sensitivity of local people, a few behaviors that normal for the other country its might be not an appropriate behave in Kuala Lumpur, especially in Malaysia.
Below just few list for things you should not do in Kuala Lumpur.
1. Bring in or smuggle a drug such Heroin, Marijuana, Cannabis, Ecstasy, Grass or any things illegal to international law regardless for personal use or other intend.Why?, Malaysia imposed a death sentence or whole life jail including canned for this crime.
2. Having sex with underage girl, either she wiling or not. Why, if you convicted 20 years jail including canned 20 times.
3. Sponsoring, attended or involved in wild party such sex party, alcohol party, wild concert, underground concert either in private property or in public area. Why?, Malaysia is Muslim country, Muslim community are very sensitive to the issue involving Islamic Law, even you can consume alcohol in a private building such Clubbing or Disco, but you can not over the limit by involving in wild party even in private building, permit are require to holding any concert even in private building, you can be jail or expel from Malaysia and barred to entering back in the future.

Wearing thong bikini or naked in public places such beach or swimming pool. Why?, you will become center of attractions, this will cause inconvenience situation to you and also to surrounding people, but you are free to wear it at private swimming pool such at Hotel, Chalet or at private beach. Naked totally disallow.
5. Entering Mosque surrounding area without appropriate cloth or entering Mosque praying hall if you not a Muslim. Note, try to avoid visiting Mosque during Friday prayer from 1230pm till 200pm. Follow instruction given by your travel guide.
6. Bring in any kind of pet such Dog or Cat in public area such shopping mall, food hall, Hotel or Cinema Hall. Why?, It’s a standard regulation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, all shopping mall or Hotel not allow pet to be brought in, this is for hygiene and sensitivity of Muslim community.
7. Bring in Durian to your Hotel room. Why?, Durian has a very strong smell that easily can be separate to entire Hotel thru Air Conditioner system, you can see most of the Hotel will post a poster to remind guest not to bring Durian to their room.
8. Inappropriate behavior in public are such drunk, making love, making excessive noise, fighting, cursing or insult any Police Officer or any enforcement officer such from Immigration, Religious Department, Local Authority, etc. Why?, You can be charges under distributing public order.
9. Take a taxi who refuse to use meter especially in Kuala Lumpur. Why?, You are easily been conned by taxi driver, the amount you pay probably 5 to 6 times higher compare using a meter at the same times you encourage them. Hire a private tour in Kuala Lumpur will solve your problem.
10. Driving in Kuala Lumpur City. Why?, Most of Malaysian driver are very creative, if you came from left handed driving style, this will cause a massive confusing for you especially if you not familiar with Kuala Lumpur road and signage or not accompany by local guide, I would like to advise to hold your plan to driving in Kuala Lumpur. If you come from other country besides Asean country you don’t need a international driving license but you will not be covering by insurance
