If you cannot prevent rape, you enjoy it...Is it a movie dialogue..Or is it part of a titillating story in a yellow magazine! Or is it by a psychologist?

Alas the advice is coming from the mouth of the head of the national investigation agency for criminal intelligence!

This guy is a jackass and the publication is trying to create news with the quote.
There is a misconception that rape is only between a man (aggressor) and woman in making such statements.

What is needed is to get this fellow to one of the American prisons where he will be raped by even heterosexual males and eventually taken to play the role of a "bitch" forcefully to someone and forced to 'toss salads' every day.

I will not describe the terms but it is there for those that want to look up - my intent is to convey what one human being does to another in the name of rape ...
