Just to ask your opinion. I have to spend maximum time in office and I want to do sandhyavandam three times a day. Afternoon and evening is a problem. How would you recommend me to do sandhyavandam when I am in office.

One just cannot do.

where i work, there is a 'quiet' or 'prayer' room. it is often used by muslims to do their prayers.

pv, similarly your office can set aside a room in your building for privacy, where you may be able to do your sandhies three times a day as specified.
