Ever wondered ?

Probably the scared husband sees only the broomstick , and calls her RAKSHASHI?

Any other explanation ?

just becoz...rakshashi is strilingam in sanskrit...rakshasya patni raakshashi.....

raksha means to protect...woman is the protector of the whole family that is why it is call rakshasi that converted to raakshasi because if husbands becomes devils ..wife has to become raakshashi:lalala::frusty::whip:
