It pays to be kind. Just ask Beatrice Gray of Australia. Ms. Gray had spent years helping out her elderly neighbor, Betty Harris. Well, when Ms. Harris died she left her entire $12.5 million estate to Ms. Gray. After two years of lawsuits from the Harris family, the Australian Supreme Court has decided Ms. Gray gets to keep the inheritance. Enjoy the video...I'm going to make sure the old guy next door has everything he needs.

I bet it will never happen in India. LOL

Dear Prasad Sir,
...I'm going to make sure the old guy next door has everything he needs.
BTW do make sure he has not relations, even distant to fight it in the court!!LOL... i am going to miss my favorite programme in BBC Entertainment -(which is closing this channel from 30th Nov 2012-) The Secret Millionaire. Amazing programme where a Millionaire(male/Female) will visit one of the poorest place where he was born or seleted by him. Moves around with the people and select a few genuine people who either help others even if they are poor, cannot afford to support anybody but still help the community, and shares with them thousands of pounds from his savings.

The disbelief and the reaction of the people who come across such huge money will make anybodys eyes wet. You will loose your bet after reading the following .

Mr.Kalayanasundaram worked as a Librarian for 30 years. Every month in his 30 year experience(service), he donated his entire salary to help the needy. He worked as a server in a hotel to meet his needs. He donated even his pension amount of about ten lakh rupees to the needy.

He is the first person in the world to spend the entire earnings for a social cause. I
n recognition to his service, the American government honoured him with the ‘Man of the Millennium’ award. He received a sum of Rs 30 crores as part of this award which he distributed entirely for the needy as usual.

Moved by his passion to help others, Super Star Rajinikanth adopted him as his father. He still stays as a bachelor and dedicated his entire life for serving the society. You can read more about him here.
