Pakistan has a terrorist organization called ISI. Its primary purpose is to nag India in all possible ways. One of its agents, Fatima, has been given the task of printing counterfeit Indian currency. She goes to Nepal and from there, under a fake identity, sneaks into Bihar state of India. She sets up her shop in a small isolated town. Soon, she is printing counterfeit money in large loads and her agents are distributing it all over.
One day, by mistake, she prints a 15-rupee note. She decides to try it on a dumb shop-keeper in her neighborhood. She goes to him and says, "Kasim Bhai, I badly need change for this 15 rupee. Could you help, please!". Kasim looks at the note for a while. Then he says, 'Ok, but I will give you 1 rupee less." "No problem", says Fatima.
Kasim goes inside with that 15-rupee note and returns with two 7-rupee notes!
