I came to know the Doctor's greatness only after seeing the comments in the article...When there are looters among the Doctors who charge Rs 100 to Rs 1000 for consultation, this Doctor charges a pittance of Rs 5 or Rs 10...He also treats them free..His handling of patients is also remarkable..What a great soul! Let us salute him!!

I join you in saluting him. I further add:
Dr.Ramamurthy whose article appeared in ‘The Hindu’ tamil yesterday stood an example to others how a doctor should be? How pious is he. He himself has said that now-a-days, one has to shell out huge money to get MBBS and further PG degrees. Fortunately I am under the treatment of Dr.Srinivasan, M.Ch., (Urology), his son a renowned Urologist practicing at Vyasar Street, T.Nagar who follows his father’s footprint equally in all respects viz. his munificence, politeness towards patients, his scintillating accurate and precise diagnosis which I consider as rarest rare phenomenon among great surgeons with blessings of his father and Almighty. His charges are very very nominal that create confidence among the patients that he would solve their problem and give them a sigh of relief.

While most are greedy to make money, especially in the field of medicine, it is nice to see that we have one here who yearns to serve the humanity in true spirit. Kudos !!
