The Mac Mini has been the cheapest point of entry into the Mac Family, and over the years, it has gained a cult following. Which is why, when Apple didn’t give it the yearly refresh in 2013, many were worried about it.
No more, as Apple has announced a new Mac Mini, along with the iPad Air 2, the iPad Mini 3 and the new iMac.
The new Mac Mini has a 4th Gen Intel Processor underneath, with Intel Iris and Intel HD5000 Graphics and WiFi ac. You also get two Thunderbolt 2 Ports.
Apple reckons it is the most Power Efficient Computer. A Mac Mini makes for a pretty good HTPC: Small, quiet and efficient.
It starts at $499, which is $100 cheaper than the last model’s entry Price.
