AUSPICIOUS DAY

The question's phrasing at this forum implies the inquirer anticipates the calculations will be specific to South India/Tami-based, given the differing interpretations of the Panchangam/almanac between North & South India.

For Monday, 23.12.24, at Vadodara, Baroda, Gujarat (assuming this is the correct geographical location).

Please note that “Abhijit Muhurtham” is from “12:15 PM to 12:58 PM” & NOT from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at this location. All Panjangam Muhurthams are calculated based on "Centre of the Sun" or "middle limb" Sunrise positional times.

If the “Date of birth” is presented with the “Time & Place of birth”, I could be more specific about auspicious times associated with education-related activities. That said, it appears that you have already fixed the date so a better date/time if available may not be of interest to you.

Besides “Abhijit Muhurtham”, you may consider “Nalla Neram” which is appropriately calculated using Gowri Panjangam & Graha Horas.

Auspicious Horas & Gowri Panjangam periods overlapping in the daytime –

Sunrise: 07:15 AM to Sunset: 05:58 PM

Inauspicious periods:
Rahu Kalam - 08:35 AM to 09:56 AM
Yamagandam - 11:16 AM to 12:36 PM
Gulikai Kalam - 01:57 PM to 03:17 PM

Nalla Neram/Auspicious periods:

Moon - Gentle & Amirdha - Best:
07:15 AM to 08:08 AM

Mercury - Quick & Dhanam - Wealth:
12:36 PM to 01:30 PM

Moon – Gentle & Sugam - Good
01:30 PM to 01:57 PM

Best regards.

If you are a theist, every day is a good day and auspicious day. Is it not God who makes the earth rotate so that the Sun apparently rises and sets!!!!!

'Auspicious' is a mere sentiment.

Every morning when you wake up, thank God for the new day. Thank God in advance for the many good things God has planned for you for that day. Throughout the day keep thanking God for everything. Perceive everything as Good and Good only. Have a positive attitude and optimistic outlook. At the end of every day thank God for whatever God has done during that day. All things work for Good for them who believe in God and for those who Love God and trust in God in all circumstances. Trust not in men who are mere mortals.

Please go ahead and encourage your son to report for duty on 23-12-2024. It is a very good day. The best day.

My best wishes to your son for a roaring success in career and in every aspect of his life.

May God bless you all abundantly.
Well said!

You are absolutely right. Humans, by nature, are emotional beings. We filter our experiences through the lens of our emotions, shaping our perceptions & assigning meaning to the world around us. Whether it's a joyous occasion, a challenging experience, or a simple thought, our emotions color our understanding & influence our responses.

This inherent emotional nature is both a strength & a challenge. It allows us to connect deeply with others, experience the full spectrum of human emotion, & find meaning in our lives. However, it can also lead to biases, distortions, & misinterpretations if we are not mindful of the influence our emotions have on our perception.

The fundamental truth about human experience: that what resonates with one person may not resonate with another. "One man's meat is another's poison." This applies to everything from our preferences in food & music to our beliefs & values. The very nature of diversity ensures that every statement, every idea, will elicit a range of reactions, from enthusiastic support to staunch opposition.

The wisdom of Hinduism, encompassing a vast spectrum of beliefs & practices, beautifully reflects this inherent relativity. It recognizes the validity of multiple paths to spiritual fulfillment & encourages acceptance of diverse perspectives.

There is no single, universal "right" or "wrong," but rather a tapestry of truths woven from individual experiences & interpretations, maybe, sometimes interpolations (we tend to infer from personal nature versus nurture). This principle of relativity, of acknowledging the multiplicity of perspectives & experiences, is essential for fostering understanding, tolerance, & compassion in a world that often seeks to impose singular truths.

Long story short: To each their own. You have your way, & another has theirs. Your perspective highlights that the auspiciousness of everyday life is largely a state of mind. However, some enlightened individuals (seers/sages) maintain, even today, that their path is superior. To Kala Bhairava (timeless Shiva), all time is auspicious if one aligns with his frequency/energy.

Then again, how is the average person to achieve this? Therefore, our seers devised specific time slots (Muhurthams) to identify the most auspicious times of day for various activities, helping mortals capitalize on favorable celestial alignments. A truly "perfect time" is rare, as numerous factors beyond the “five limbs” listed in the Panchangam must be considered.

Let me illustrate this more clearly. Everything is relative & interconnected. To understand intense heat, one must also understand cold. Similarly, nature maintains a balance of positive & negative forces. Does this make heat (fire) or cold (ice) inherently good or bad? One cannot exist without the other (like Shiva & Shakti, or Yin & Yang, etc.).

Let's assume a righteous soul (A) lives in an ashram, performing good deeds for the community. Nearby, a wicked individual (B) commits numerous evil acts, seemingly counteracting A's good works.

While the common assumption is that A will attain heaven & B hell, the Creator may view them as equal. Both are creations contributing to the balance of life & nature.

Consider A's good deeds as steps on the right side of an equation, & B's evil acts as corresponding steps on the left. They progress equally throughout their lives, eventually reaching a plateau of equal actions. There are no further steps to ascend; they achieve Moksha/Mukti/Nirvana/Enlightenment equally.

Both return to Shiva as Athma Jothis, having fulfilled their predetermined roles as ordained by Parabrahma (the Source). This illustrates the cyclical nature of Yuga, creation, & destruction. As Krishna explains in the Bhagavad Gita, particularly Chapter 18, everything is part of the Divine; He is responsible for all occurrences. The key is to act impartially, without attachment or aversion, to avoid incurring Karma (good or bad).

As humans, this is next to impossible except for a select few in the billions. The gentleman asked for guidance & assistance. I saw it & did as just that because I knew something, very little about auspicious time calculations.

The fact that I bothered to do so is that it’s help safeguard the boy’s next chapter of his future. As a father to three boys, I more than understand to give a helping hand to another.

God bless.

Let me illustrate.

From my experience:

Many years ago, I successfully got selected in an organization, ranked 1 in the industry of its kind. It was a matter of pride no doubt. I joined on the most auspicious day, agreed as best day by every astrologer. Things were very good and sailing was very smooth in the beginning. There was promise of brighter and brighter years ahead. It apparently was beginning of brightest future ahead. But it lasted hardly half a year. Slowly pressures and challenges started. Promised made initially were withdrawn. From one point of time battle on all sides was the norm, with stakeholders, with management, with peers, with subordinates etc. To cut a long story short, in less than 2 years I was unceremoniously removed. (That organization no longer exists and that industry also is a history forgotten. That is another pathetic story.)

From then on I put a full stop to seeking astrologers for advise.

However my faith in God, never dimmed. I trusted in God and God alone. Believed in God and God alone. Sought God and only God with all my heart, soul and might. God never disappointed me.

I got jobs in the same industry. I also switched to other industries.

Eventually I landed in an organization, an MNC, the most popular, globally ranked 2nd in its kind, in its country, a superpower. Served 18 years. Had a roaring career and success. Retired with great honors. There were challenges in this organization also but I always emerged winner. I trusted only in God. I trusted not in men.
Exactly!

You've arrived at this point in this space-time continuum = the sum of your likes, dislikes, and opinions reflects the cumulative impact of our life journey. You are what you are stating your opinion and/or giving advice because of what you feel. Another would see that differently.

My personal motto – to help where possible and at the very least not hinder, if I cannot offer assistance, but I try to help point the enquirer in the general direction I think that may provide an answer to his query. Seek & you shall find. Therein lies, the crux of the journey intended for all involved in this scenario.

The point, your Karma brought you to deal with charlatans & less than experienced astrologers, colleagues & co workers, etc. That doesn't invalidate the guidance of the seers & sages who devised the system.

We all have different starting points depending on where we are on our spiritual evolutionary ladder. You have yours, the gentleman his together with his son & me engaging with you & him & sharing with the other members some constructive discussions.

Live & let live, I say.

Regards.

Extra note:

For the uninformed & unaware...

I aim to provide advice on identifying generally auspicious time periods within a day, excluding personalized calculations based on individual birth data, for those lacking expertise in general Panchangam calculations.

In relation to Mr Nathan's enquiry...

One is,

Vijaya Muhurtham
(similar effects to Abhijit Muhurtham):
02:24 PM to 03:07 PM
However, this slot on this day also overlaps with Gulikai Kalam, so best to avoid it.

Another good period to consider is,

Amrita Kalam:
01:04 AM to 02:52 AM

However, the above time slot, while potentially considered auspicious, may be deemed inappropriate in this instance for entering a school campus due to logistical &/or practical reasons.

In Vedic Astrology (Jotidam/Jyotish), the “Amrita Kalam” (which appears every day), period is an auspicious time believed to be conducive to commencing new endeavors & significant activities.

The “Amrita Kalam” is often described as a period when the "doorway of utmost desire" is swung open, granting access to an intensified state of bliss & liberation. It is associated with positive energy & is often linked to the concept of immortality.

This applies not only to humans but also to celestial beings, Devas/angels & Asuras/demons. During this time, humans, often burdened by their struggles, have the opportunity to experience a sense of freedom & liberation parallel to angels & demons, if they connect with the Divine in the correct frequency similar to Brahma Muhurtham (the “Creator’s Hour) - 1 hour & 36 minutes before Sunrise & ends 48 minutes before Sunrise daily.

However, it is important to note that the concept of auspiciousness, just like any of the above-mentioned periods is often influenced by the lunar phase (Paksha) - "Valar Pirai" (Bright Half/Shukla/Waxing Moon) & "Thei Pirai" (Dark Half/Krishna/Waning Moon).

Customarily, Tuesdays, governed by the fiery & combative Graha Chevvai (Mars), are often considered inauspicious for commencing new endeavors.

As usually understood, Chevvai (Mangala) Dosham is the term that comes to mind. Many believe that it only affects love partners & spouses. Not true. It will also affect general relationships with everyone one interacts with daily if the severity (degree) of the Dosham is intense enough.

Traditionally, Saturdays, ruled by the Graha Saturn (Shani, the tough Task Master & Lord of Karma/the only weird planet with rings around it), have been associated with somber, introspective, & sometimes challenging energies. This association has led to the belief that they are generally less auspicious for undertaking new ventures, particularly those related to joy, celebration, or growth.

Saturdays are ideal for activities related to the deceased, funeral rites, or even practices associated with darker energies (black magic). This is not a universally held belief but still practiced by Tantrics (especially if it coincides with Amavasai/Moonless night in an inauspicious month , Tithi & Nakshatra.).

The modern-day practice of providing Muhurthams (notably for marriages/starting a new chapter in life) by Pandits/Purohits/astrologers is a shift towards greater convenience disregarding concepts initiated by our great seers & sages. I can or cannot say if this is truly right or wrong but I, personally, don’t condone or encourage it.

Ultimately, the choice of when to undertake an activity rests with the individual but understanding the traditional associations with Shani & considering the general potential negative energy of the day can help guide us better in decision-making.

However, the auspiciousness of “Amrita Kalam” or any of the slots listed above is contingent upon the overall astrological context. The presence of an inauspicious Yoga (in this context, an unfavorable planetary configuration) can diminish or negate its positive influence. Therefore, a comprehensive assessment of all planetary positions & Yogas is necessary.

While “Amrita Kalam” inherently possesses beneficial qualities, a strong inauspicious Yoga may introduce challenges or hinder the success of activities initiated during this time.

Experienced astrologers typically consider both factors, “Amrita Kalam's” auspiciousness & the strength of any concurrent inauspicious Yogas, when providing guidance.

Conversely, a potent “Amrita Kalam” might mitigate the negative effects of a weaker inauspicious Yoga.

Ultimately, seeking a personalized electional (selective) astrological consultation from a competent astrologer (not me; I'm knowledgeable through research & self-study, but not an expert per se) is recommended for informed decision-making. This is because individual charts & circumstances should be considered, as one Muhurtham may be suitable for a particular activity but unsuitable for another.

In Tamil & Malayalee communities, "Kari Naal" (Black Day) or "Poison Day" designates specific days (33 in a year) marked by intense solar radiation, considered inauspicious for new beginnings or auspicious ceremonies. These days, occurring from sunrise to sunrise, are believed to be associated with excessive harmful heat rays. Interestingly, some months may have more than one Kari Naal, with a maximum of three in some cases.

While considered inauspicious for most activities, some believe these "Kari Naal" days hold unique spiritual significance for those engaging in specific rituals & practices. For example, the observance of Rishi Panchami, a festival honoring revered sages, often falls on a “Kari Naal”, suggesting that these days can be utilized for spiritual purification & seeking forgiveness. The specific rituals & practices associated with these days are likely to vary depending on individual beliefs & traditions.

There is another inauspicious day termed as "Daniya Naal," the concept of a "Segregated Day" in Tamil & Malayalee communities again similar to "Kari Naal".

The concept of setting aside inauspicious days for introspection, contrasting with the auspicious Brahma Muhurtham, is common in Hinduism. We experience both positive & negative aspects of material & spiritual life; one cannot exist without the other.

Finding a perfectly auspicious Muhurtham is difficult. Astrologers typically weigh factors according to Panchangam guidelines, aiming for a balance. A Muhurtham with more positive than negative aspects is considered favorable; absolute perfection is unattainable, mirroring the imperfection of creation.

We are part of the source but can never fully be it. After life's drama, we return to the source. The Creator/Director, perhaps bored with inactivity, creates the universe/multiverse & so forth - a theater of life, struggle, joy, pain, & death - for amusement over & over again in endless cycles. Yugas are grand productions, like “Thiruvilaiyadal”, no? They guide us toward salvation, but also find amusement in our struggles. We are, in a sense, the ants they play with.

Just some thoughts to mull over.

Thank you for reading!

Thankfully my forefathers passed on as legacy, not astrology, but Sanatana Dharma.
I bow to your highly valued lineage & to the esteemed principles of Sanatana Dharma, which I equally accept & embrace for I'm a true Hindu who lives to co-exist.

All are welcome to me regardless of race, caste, language & religion. All views will be appreciated with humility. As a Tamilian, the peace & happiness I provide to those I interact with is paramount to the essence of my existence only next to my love for Shiva (Thennadudayavan).

That said, what's your point, dude?

“Your posts #5, #6 & #7 above fade into insignificance before Sanatana Dharma.”

You are behaving like you’re the author of Sanatana Dharma & that you & your forefathers are the authorities of this supreme code of conduct. You act like it solely belongs to your lineage. How much do you really know about this code? Book knowledge? Real life experience? Oh yes, you don’t know the meaning of being “real”, isn’t it? Read more below to find out why…

With your "unlimited" knowledge imbued in your DNA through your forefathers, do you agree or disagree with my findings? I never claimed I was an expert in astrology unlike you. What traits & knowledge that belongs to your forefathers does not belong to you automatically! You’re claiming unwarranted credit.

I’m unsure if you're being truthful about it because you're hiding behind a pseudonym since you joined on 25.08.15. Nine years is a long time to be in disguise. This is my real name & I don't hide behind masks or facades.

You've completely sidestepped in pointing out the errors, if any, in my findings.

What's your real problem?

Generalized statements, not backed my sufficient evidence &/or logical arguments, just leaves things hanging in the air for the rest on this forum & other visitors. It's like a half-full vessel that's half-filled with air (pun intended).

This may be a private forum but at the same time accessible to the public. All the major bots on the internet are tagging everything here.

You want to point out my errors please list them as this is the place for an honest unbiased (probably a foreign word to you) discussion. As I've stated at each & every turn of a corner in my short life, there is no absolute right or wrong. Everything is perspective.

If I'm wrong or have been misinformed about my acquired knowledge, I will bow down to every member & guest here on this platform & will sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart.

You would be the first I’d bow down to if I can find your “real” feet, Mr Gnana Sunyam (for those who don’t know Tamil … Google says it’s a term said with exasperation denoting an “Ignorant” person. I guess now, we all know why you chose that pseudonym to hide behind. It speaks volumes about you & your outstanding “ignorance” in all that you say & do.

Dude, you’ve probably never crossed paths with someone like me before. I’m pointblank, direct, blunt & merciless to egotistic fools (caveat: doesn’t include your highness sitting on your great pedestal &/or throne) but the most likeable to the rest of humanity.

This is not my ego speaking. I’m absolutely nought (not even dust) beneath the feet of the mighty Shiva. I'm nothing & "less than insignificant" in the grand scheme of things & never forget it daily! I’m just a simple traveler on my brief journey.

Knowledge is to be shared as per the innate desire of Mother Saraswati. He who hoards knowledge, is a moral criminal. Only when people are open to learning, do they become truly empowered & attempt to tread the path of enlightenment.

This is not a place to show off your "knowledge" & "arrogance". If you don't want to involve in a discussion, don't. If you do, be prepared to face all points of view directed at your post. Correct it if it's wrong & praise those who've been right.

You've forgotten the lesson of modesty learned by the best of the best, including Vishvamitra, who created the ultimate Gayatri Mantra , the motherlode, & the long line of arrogant sages & deities who had been taught about being humble.

Your narrow vision of life just from your singular point of view is uncalled for because every coin has two sides.

If you're that perfect, what are you doing back on earth as a mortal sitting on your high horse?

So, put your money where your mouth is & get into the ring for a healthy sparring session. Come out from the shadows.

I'm being most respectful to everyone here. It's common ground. My apologies to the administrator if I've said anything untoward.

God bless your pure soul, Mr Gnana Sunyam.

Thank you for reading!

Vidya??? How much does it cost one kilogram madam? Veg or Non-Veg?

@Dr R A Raaj: You can continue your tirade. I enjoy them.
Bring it on you, say… let’s go for it.

Respectfully, sir (hope you are older than me; I’m 61 & you are how old again?), I would have been extremely sad if you hadn’t replied to my reply.

I’m a new member having been humble & polite in all my replies/posts, thus far. I like to spar & you’re my pick this time because you picked me first. In the enlightening words (pun intended) of John Rambo, you drew “first blood”. Hurray for you; you hit the jackpot!

Let’s see how long you keep this up! I’m semi-retired & have a lot of time to spare to do this dance with you.

“Ever dance with the devil in a pale moonlight… I always ask that of all my prey. I just like the sound of it." ~ the Joker, from Batman (1989)

I hope you don’t lose precious resources while maintaining pace with me, if you can keep up. We can disco till one of us drops dead for I’ve already survived it once before.

Forewarning: I will engage you at every possible posting you put up from here onwards on ANY thread to show up your true colors for what & who you really are still hiding behind the curtains. I will most definitely call you out!

So, next time you post anywhere on whichever forum, please change your ridiculously silly name… you Gnana Sunyam, you! I cannot put it any other way, no matter how hard I try; you were just asking for it, you pathetic human organism! When you chose that name, it showed how much little mental maturity you had & the thought you put into it then… of all the words/names in this world, you picked that… you Gnana Sunyam! You never anticipated it’ll come back & bite you in the back, isn’t it? You’re so childish.

This is going to be one of those rare occasions when I am going to truly enjoy myself for the love of a battle of wits, words, ideology & such. Life does get thrilling sometimes, doesn’t it? You’re going to be more fun than I had expected.

What’s life without some drama? I like the audience to delight in this exchange between you & me, as well. I provided general information for the benefit of one & all at this forum. You made it personal, so here goes.

Members & guests, get ready for a fascinating war between two intellectuals with pretty, flowery & mind-boggling big words.

One simple rule: keep it above the belt & absolutely, no vulgarity even if you lose your S*** (pun intended again; seems to be evolving into a pattern) along the way! Adding *** would/should be acceptable as practiced by mainstream media today, I guess. That is because many don’t understand what *** stands for. Sad again, I must say.

You know Karma is a B****, as the westerners term it. It’s payback time because your Karma brought you to this point to teach you more of life’s lessons. Guess who she picked to interact with you…? One is a person who respects the adage, “live & let live” while the other is really a nobody (pun intended again). Enjoy!

You know I’m taunting you, right? In other words, I’m poking the bear & yanking your chain, so to speak. I hope you’re smart enough to get that, right? One of us is book-smart while the other is street-smart. Guess which one you are & please don’t be modest (another foreign word to you) about it. You’re going to regret a lot for having opened your mouth once too often.

You know very little of me & what I can & cannot do. I know absolutely ZERO (less than zero exactly) about you except that you claim this & that which is really “BS” to me because you keep relying support from your forefathers by pulling their good name down with your personal ego & pride. I told you once before, you would never have crossed swords with someone like me, up till now. Please don’t continue to dirty their names.

“Silence is golden." ~ Thomas Carlyle

One must know when to talk & when to keep one’s mouth shut, said once a wise man.

வல்லவனுக்கு வல்லவன் வையகத்தில் உண்டு!

I’m throwing the gauntlet down to you: I am prepared to engage you face to face, anywhere at any time on or off-line on this material plane & if you still claim to be superior spiritually, I’ll checkmate you from within the ethereal realm as well… you surely know about white, grey & black magic, don’t you? I’m a practitioner of many arts but never brag unlike you. Give me your best shot, dude!

You got the ball rolling, so I began reciprocating in the same fashion, albeit a bit more harshly & bluntly, a style you may not be accustomed to as much in this forum or another.

You left the door wide open for me to take potshots at you, your ego, pride, high-handed dismissive style which is clearly displayed in your 556 posts up to this point when I’m penning this reply to your reply.

By now it would/should have dawned on you that I always do my homework before I open my mouth/make a post because this is on the internet henceforth for as long as it exists; a digital footprint to be exact.

A better part of my profession is to study human behavior from the nuances in one’s choice & placement of words. I infer much from the general tone, style of writing, what is being conveyed, the underlying hidden agenda, & especially what is left unsaid. In that sense, I’ve to take credit that I’ve been mostly “spot on” in my conclusions in my practice of 44 years.

You are not dealing with a naïve child & most of the replies to your posts have been diplomatically written in not trying to offend you & generally try to advise you to be more humble, in a subtle manner. They also wanted to come across attempting to be accommodative & less “mean” sounding. It does not seem to have gotten into your head, has it? You’re still the same tedious person to this point. Get off your high horse & come down to earth!

Specific to your reply:

“Again a hurl of abuses in varnished language.”

Now you would/should know what real “varnished language”, I spew. It’s not abuse but a lesson in progress tailormade for you in the name of the Almighty.

“I am not hiding behind any mask sir. My pseudonym is my true identity which I realized when He who is Sanatana Dharma revealed Himself to me. My namakarana name is false identity, which would only give a deceptive picture of myself. Still if you want to know my name, I will place a quiz, a test for your intellect. My name is synonymous to whom you claimed your love is for, beneath whose feat you claimed you are nought. Name of a deity in a remote town in Gujarat, to whom thousands flock.”

Still, how mysterious you remain. Does the light frighten you, my dear lad? You can come out from the shadows now & can be a real man without any fear, my Padawan (refer to Star Wars analogy).

“my true identity”… do you even hear yourself?

Potatoe, pota-to; toma-toe, toma-to… what a joke?

Sounds like D Trump when cornered!

“I mentioned about my forefathers' reputation lest you mis-conclude I know little about astrology. Not to boast.”

Seriously dude, don’t do that anymore, please. I feel embarrassed for them. Your Pithrus are watching… they must know how sad I’m feeling for them & how little I think of you.

“Sanatana Dharma”… this & “Sanatana Dharma that - just stop using that supreme code as an excuse & trampling over it & corrupting its essence with your "limited" book-smart diatribes. I kind of get it… blah blah blah… change your song, dude… next…

Oh, btw, also stop dropping names, you… you… you... I can’t say it even with ***. People will surely know.

"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." ~ Abraham Lincoln

“Sorry if your ego/pride was hurt but that was not my intention.”

Don’t be! I’ve no ego nor pride. The moment that sets in, I forget the supreme Shiva. He’s taught me that all you need to get thrown off the path to enlightenment is the lack of humility. Something that you need to learn rather quickly before you blow a fuse in your intellectual brain. How do you carry so many big words & sentences in that small brain of yours? Amazing! I’d really like to know.

“Thanks for your words of blessing.”

You’ll always have it but not my utmost respect. I’m sad for you again.

You know what, I still don’t know what errors you found in my original post that rattled your cage, or had you forgotten to address those in your long reply with nothing it except blah, blah, blah…

I’m still waiting for them to be pointed out, you “so-so astrologer” wannabe!

We all shall await for your further enlightening words to clear those up. I’m, especially, not going anywhere. And no more “BS”, please & learn to get to the point & don’t be like D Chopra who likes to explain how to touch one’s nose by going around the head instead of just touching it simply the way “normal” people do. Be normal.

You’ve still a lot to learn, my child.

God bless your soul this time cause your mind is ****ed up!

I come here rarely and I have not read through the thread. But just read your latest post and it is hilarious :)

Since you are new here, in picking up arguments be fully aware of all the rules of the forum and other guidance offered in the fixed threads in this section.

To add to your hilarious quotes, here are few more that I try to live by :)

Gentlemen,

It is understandable that no two persons hold the same views and the ramifications are always there to see. I see both of you extremely qualified in terms of knowledge and have been contributing intellectually to the forum in an exceptional way. I do understand when emotions are involved things get a bit different, I request you both to rise above them and continue enriching the forum with your excellent posts. The forum does not require yet another ego clash and kindly show the right way to the rest. Wishing you both the very best in your discussions and contributions.

Mr a-TB & Mr sravna & to the others who will surely have something constructive to say,

Thank you for the words of wisdom to live by. I appreciate both your viewpoints. I've always been a straightforward & simple person. I’m an open book with nothing to fear & bow (not fear) to the Gods. I don’t look for a fight BUT never walk away from one either. It’s just the way I’m wired. That clown doesn’t know the lion he’s awakened.

I’m a Vishaka (aggressive) Nakshatra native with Thula/Libra (balance in everything) Rashi & Lagna. My stance has always been “live & let live”. To each his own. I mind my own business & generally, keep to myself. The less spoken the better. I attempt to sit on the fence & aim to view both sides of an argument/situation & always try to resolve disagreements amicably.

I came to this forum to learn & share knowledge about the essence of Hinduism based on personal life experiences. I didn't ask to engage with this clown. Proof is in all my replies/posts prior to this clown's first dismissive reply to me. I brushed it aside with humility & continued as usual by disregarding him.

He took that as a cue to goad me on. Sirs, if everyone decides to mind their own business & behave with civility, the world would most definitely be a better place today. Look around!

If you read the thread carefully, you cannot but realize he started belittling me which is his usual style as exhibited throughout his 556 posts to-date on this forum. I say this because I've read every single one of them after he goaded me. Trust me, when I say that I always do my homework first before I engage with anyone.

Think about it from another perspective. If everyone is going to step away & let the gangsters come in to take over & grab everything from the common people, who will stand up for them. The commoners aren’t going to do it because they are scared. After a time, someone will eventually fight back. That’s how a revolution starts. History is peppered with such leaders who changed lives. When this person stands up for his rights, the others would naturally follow.

I’m not a leader nor do I expect anyone here to follow me with courage into this fight that I never sought out in the first place. It came to me & by God; I’m not going to back away from it. Every single reaction/reply to this clown on this forum has been diplomatic & subtle. Since no one put him in his place, he took it as a sign of his superiority & continued to impose his high-handed dismissive views on anything & everything said here.

He doesn’t understand humility. He needs to be taught that. That’s his ultimate Karmic lesson. This entire scenario has been created by Shiva, as part of his usual Thiruvilaiyadal. He thrills in such interplay.

Accident, coincidence or by design? I replied to a post of eight years ago by Dr Renuka about Nandi & had to sign up to do so. I found the topics here interesting enough with so much scholars sharing so I decided to also share & participate for the greater good of knowledge as knowledge is empowerment. Along comes this clown poking his nose as usual with unwarranted & dismissive comments & decided to try his luck with a sleeping lion. Touché for him!

You’re right, let barking dogs bark as they won’t bite. But once in a while, if that stupid dog barks at a lion just as it always does, it would have to face the immense rage & wrath of that lion.

He shouldn’t have disturbed me. I’m not divinity to forgive, forget & walk away. I’m only an ordinary mortal bestowed with some special spiritual gifts by Shiva. And I bow to my conscience which is synonymous with Shiva. In my 44 years of spiritual & occult practice, I’ve faced evil occult practitioners, spirits, ghosts, demons, & the like. If I never feared them so that I can save people who sought my help, do you think I would fear a mere mortal like this clown? He’s woken up something that he’s never going to be able to handle. I’ve decided to set my sights on him & he’s going to face the full brunt of it.

Yes, everything I say or do is tagged on the internet (digital footprint) & would be there possibly “forever”. He knows that as well before he opened his mouth. If my sons or grandsons looked back as this discussion in 5 or 10 years after I’m dead, knowing me as someone who had lived a high principled & disciplined spiritual life & had never walked away from a fight that found me, what would they remember of me? That’s why I said that he’s made it “personal”.

Also, for someone who fears nothing, hiding behind a pseudonym isn’t something I desire. I face everything head-on as my 6-minute death (heart stopped) on 21.10.23 had proven. I would not be true to myself.

"A man is very dangerous if he has nothing to lose" ~ Oscar Wilde.

I’ve stood up for what is right all along. I’ve nothing but my life to lose & I’m very hazardous if provoked further. He should just walk away, learn to behave & shut his damn mouth if he knows what’s good for him! This is as blunt as it gets.

End of story.

Thank you for reading.

Dear Sir,

Forum has many different views.
You are right that most of members are diplomatic.
I dont take forum too seriously in the sense I am here to engage with members to gain some knowledge and to relax too.

I usually ignore posts that are a waste of my mental peace.
But its fine to hit back to anyone who is harsh but I choose to do it diplomatically or with a sense of humor spiced with sarcasm.

Sometimes a harsh opponent can actually cultivate Shraddha and Saburi ( perserverance and patience) in us.

I feel both you and Gnana sunyam ji are actually good guys though I do admit Gnana Sunyam just fires away without actually stating his stance...but I still feel both of you should " kiss and make up " and be bros!

So why not delete the data of the misunderstanding and start over?

Otherwise the differences of opinions are going to escalate into a big time Alien Vs Predator with this song as the theme.

Again, I truly appreciate your kind & genuine nuggets of wisdom.

I didn't start this. It's very evident. It's all there to view in the posts exchanged.

I've said my piece.

The ball is in the other's court now.

If he digs in his heels, he's going to regret it. There's no coming back from this as the point of no return has been crossed.

"Everything has its place and everything finds its place in time." ~ Benjamin Franklin

He has to know his place. If he doesn't behave, I will continue to slice & dice him to pieces (pun intended) that won't ever me found again. I'm a reasonable man but won't take S*** from anyone!

Thank you for reading!

Dear Shri Raaj and Shri G.S

I am now talking of personal experience. By nature I am imperturbable and not swayed by emotions. But as many other members who are following the thread The magic of Spiritual energy would know I am being hounded by some X. X can disturb and destroy people with their technology. I have been at the receiving end twice when i lost my wife and my father to their deviousness but still they want to overpower my spiritual energy and prove their superiority once and for all. But divine forces are so much with me that their grip on me through technology has loosened considerably and are the ones who really look like clowns.

The point I want to make given this context is that whenever their energy prevailed I got disturbed and overwhelmed with emotions and whenever spiritual energy prevailed I was a totally different person that even amazed me. So being under the control of ego and emotions mean we are not really in control of our own self. Maya takes over. But we want the Atman to prevail. So kindly with immense respect to both of you I request you both to view the problem in the right perspective and get over it. This would be my advice to anyone who gets charged by emotions and negative thoughts.

If in a fight one does not see reason at all then as the last resort one may retaliate. But let's first exhaust the other peaceful means. I am sure in this case both are mature and reasonable people and can resolve the problems peacefully.

Ending it on personal note I am not able to understand why X even on seeing that emotions cloud clarity and is not the right state to be in is not able to understand that truth and not try to mend their ways.

Dr Raaj

In my quick browsing you appear to have been polite in engaging with others.

I am sure differences in opinions is something you can handle and stay within the points.

But disagreements sometimes is expressed by some with insults. That is not mature but some have issues and hence are looking for such an engagement.

Sometimes such posts that attack personally should be responded to within the bounds of rules of the forum, only to prevent future abuses. At other times , if the state of immaturity is too big, it is worth ignoring.

We all have faults. One expressing through body and mind means there will be flaws.

But some have hatred in a general manner towards a group as a whole. Those have to be called out at least once.

For example, I may not understand the idea of homosexuality. But it is in nature including in animals. It is God’s order. So if one thinks it is a choice and attack that group on an assumed moral high grounds it must be responded to

Varna is nature’s order. There is only four and not based on birth. But the corruption of this profound wisdom in nature began by idea of Jathi. This corruption started from Mahabharata times. Its root is human ego. Teaching sections in Mahabharata are about Varna but story part has Jathi influence ( example- Karna being called sutaputra. )

I may want to strive to see all just as human beings. But some people may want to take themselves as say Brahmin Jaathi. If so,there are no issues provided their sense is not hurting anyone.

In this forum some come here thinking they have to attack Brahmin Jaathi. That should be responded to because hate in any form hast to be neutralized.

Many years ago when I joined this forum I was relatively immature. I still may be but then I am aware. Lot of self studies have helped over the years.

With that said responding back to unfair personal attack is ok but caution is to stay within forum rules. Some are hopeless with pseudo and Tamasic knowledge and they lack the importance of not being lazy to study what is really taught in our scriptures. There are lots of such Tamasic gurus with one gurudom.

Some think they can figure this out on their own and use terms from scriptures like Brahman etc and talk nonsense. They may have listened to some Tamasic guru figure.

For me it is best to not engage with such posts. Some may attack and if they do response is optional

There are a few come here to pick fights. Their life of insecurity or boredom, Or confusion about life is making them feel like a victim. Is it worth engaging with them? Neutralizing potential for unwarranted personal attack is right thing to do. But ongoing engagement may be waste of time.

Just shared some thoughts. Thanks for reading !
