Today's edition of all newspapers in Bangalore has carried a news item on the Special Lokayukta Court ordering
an investigation in to the roll of Three Former Chief Ministers in the allocation of Land to NICE for the construction of express way between Bangalore and Mysore. This was in response to the complaint filed by a Social Activist Mr.TJ Abraham before the Lokayukta Court. Mr Abraham is the President of Karnataka Anti-Graft and Environmental Forum.
I wish those who are interested in fighting against corruption to go through the brief particulars of this case given in the following URL:

Corruption in India is like a leech sucking the blood of this country..

As per Management Guru C.K Prahlad, if corruption in India reaches the level of fully developed economies such as USA then our GDP will grow by additional 4 to 5%...May be we can easily achieve 10% growth from current 6% level...It means we can easily achieve additional growth /savings of USD 50 to 70 Billion annually...

We need more such Kejriwals & Abraham's to cleanse the country

dear brahmanyan sir !

after reading the title ,i thought it is the old issue and that is justified after reading the link give by you .the BDA and mysore express way scandal is going on for decades and the news paper also publish such happenings only when some litigation are made by some prominent persons .
sri S.M. Krishna resigned governor post of maharastra and now foreign minister post since his interest lies in looting karnataka .as a prelude to karnataka politics ,he asked karnataka not to release kavery water to tamil nadu .
how many scam yet to revealed ?
guruvayurappan

Krishna has stepped down and will not get a ministerial berth in the new shuffle.

Unfortunately these cases will run for years and in most will slip through the net. Unless it is conclusively proved that there was personal gain.

I feel, posting of income tax return, and assets registered, bank statement (debit, credit, loans) online accessible to public, will reveal the extent of acquisition by right or wrong means.

Dear Sri Guruvayurappan,

From the sketchy details available from the media time to time it seems that this is not such a simple deal just involving three ex-Chief Ministers and few bureaucrats. It is much more than that. Perhaps the order of the Hon. Judge of the Special Lokayukta Court may reveal more information on the petition filed by Sri TJ Abraham. In the meanwhile I would suggest you to please go through the news items found in the following URLs:

Gowda, Krishna, BSY face probe in Nice case

This is what tarun das, director general of CII had said about kamalnath, minster for commerce; 'he will get his 15% cut, but push the project, in his conversation with nira radia. The government has submitted in court that it has destroyed all nira radia tapes. So no original recordings left, only copies.

"Accusing Mr. Nath's predecessor — Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's T.R. Baalu — of messing up highway development work during his five-year tenure in UPA-I, Mr. Das says: “Because highways construction and road construction is really a priority… he [Mr. Nath] will do a good job. “He is a doer,” he asserts.Accusing the Minister of corruption, Mr. Das says Mr. Nath can still make his “15 per cent” on this. “You can do national service and also make money… and do really something worthwhile here,” Mr. Das says, to which Ms. Radia's responds: “This is still an ATM [automated teller machine] for Kamal Nath.” “Absolutely,” says Mr. Das.
