For Lord Brahma according to Balinese Hindu Tradition they offer Leaves of the Mangosteen tree.
This tree is native to Malaysia and Indonesia.
The Balinese Hindu tradition worship Trimurti and they offer different fruits and leaves to the Trimurti.

Their choice of fruits and leaves might differ from India ..so I dont know if you are going to go with offering Mangosteen leaves and I dont think these leaves are edible..only the mangosteen fruit is edible..the leaves are just used for ritual worship by the Balinese.
