Breaching the Line is very common in India.This happened a few years back ;
In T Nagar, in one of the Internet Shop, I was inquiring about change of Address in Aadhar Card and PAN Card in the counter, a young well educated girl just walked in and started her query and the counterman started answering her!! When i protested and told the counter man to answer me before he answers others, he just ignored me ((பல் எல்லாம் இளிச்சிண்டே) and talked to the girl in front of him..Fortunately for me a Stern looking Lady about 45 was there behind me; She just told in stern voice at the counter man , which freezed both the counter man and the young Girl;She Asked in Stern Voice to counterman to answer first who is standing first in line and then asked the Girl to follow Q.When someone is standing before you and talking to the counter man, how can you go ahead and ask your queries? You wait for your turn?
That Stern Voice of the Lady Freezed both the Girl and the counter man..
The Girl, looked at the Lady, and seeing the seriousness of her look, conveyed " No" you did wrong" to the Girl.The Girl just murmured " sorry ' to me and stood behind me..The counter man too understood the warning of the lady , and politely asked me " Tell me Sir, what can i do for you? "After my work was over, i thanked the Lady, and went out..Like this incident is very common all over India, but the same people who breach Line, stand quietly in Line and wait for their Turn..when they visit any Western Countries or even Singapore..
Discipline and mannerism is a family Trait, and how you are brought up etc..Teachers , Parents, Grand Parents, Friends , and the Society Play a great role in modeling your Discipline and mannerism .
