"The government's vision of Housing for All by 2022, requires about 11 crore houses (about 35,000 houses each day) to be developed with an investment of more than US$2 trillion. With the compounded annual growth rate in investment of 5% to 6% in the housing sector witnessed in last few years, a short fall of about US$500 to 600 billion in investments is envisaged to meet the vision by 2022. About 70% of the housing needs until 2022 are estimated to be concentrated in nine states, with Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra accounting for 18% and 9% respectively," it says.

Further, it is the urban affordable housing (houses for EWS/LIG households) where major support is required. Several requisite policies and regulations promoting better coordination between housing stakeholders; delegation of power to urban local bodies; rationalisation of statutory charges and taxes; a relook at development norms; and steps to help reduce project cost and schedule overruns need to be introduced, says Neeraj Bansal, partner and head of real estate and construction, KPMG in India.

The KPMG study estimates that 70% of the housing needs would be concentrated in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh (including Telangana), Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

This is yet another "empty rhetoric" (if it may be so called, to emphasize its emptiness) from the 56" chest. Yet another "Black Money" case!

I am reminded of mother telling her very young infant that they will catch the moon and place it in the child's hands, if it ate its food well!

NEGATIVE THINKING What else is this ?

NEGATIVE THINKING What else is this ?

If somebody has decided to find fault with someone else, then that Dwesha grasps, like a python, and devours the former, especially when that person has Asuric and not Satvik qualities. For such persons, there is no use reading any amount of Ithihasas or puranas; it will be like the proverbial donkey carrying the perfume!

Thinking negatively on all subject is in born in some who do not tolerate any criticism of their mind; because of such minded people, even good work programmed by Governments gets delayed in executing.

Two types of negativeness; I have suffered and I strongly wish everyone must suffer. The second type, I have made material progress, and I don't want anyone else to get what I got. Both types always follow each other as in this thread. They deserve each other.

A decade of venomous comments by the secular parties and manipulated media on modi is now bearing fruit; congress mukt bharat and media with no respect from the public. Modi is pursuing his agenda - I have a mission, not a long term vision. The adverse comments from good for nothing folks will boomerang on them.

"The emperor is without clothes" will also be interpreted as in born (sic) or inborn negative thinking by people who do not like the one who exclaims the nudity. It is their inborn hatred.

There is a third type of negativity. When a goat wants to eat as much as an elephant could eat, such negativity says, "This is impossible." But people who want to praise the goat, for some reason, congenitally lack the rationale to see that the goat is planning beyond the possible.

This third kind of negativity is also following, in this thread, after the other two categories!
