அக்காவின் கணவனையும் சிலர் மாமா என்று அழைப்பதால், அன்னையுடன் பிறந்தவர் தாய் மாமா ஆகிவிடுவார்;
whats the difference between that 'Vaimai & Unmai'... in english both represents 'Truth Triumphs. tamilnadu's motto
வள்ளுவம் இதற்கு பதில் உரைக்கும்:
அதிகாரம் - வாய்மை
வாய்மை எனப்படுவது யாதெனின் யாதொன்றும்
தீமை இலாத சொலல். (291)
உண்மை can harm people sometimes. The usual example given is this situation: A person, chased by a few men, takes refugebut my question is , whats that differs with உண்மை ..
why Thiruavlluavar has not titled chapters with உண்மை??
Of course s.. Mere translation is not gonna show a language's power..
Since they both r great languages..
If you really wanna xpress something that is in ur thoughts, u can do it in any language u wish..
Can any language compete with these:
1) The cry of a child..its just a sound but the mother understands what the child is saying.
2)The language of the heart spoken through the eyes of two people in love.
3)And finally the Language of Silence in spiritual contemplation which only God understands.
Animals and birds have different calls, sounds and roars which they understand among themselves. In the past some of the kings were credited with the power to understand the sounds made by the animals and birds.
Looks like gynecology was in you right from your birth, not acquired mid way in lifeAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I agree, when I was young I was staying in a house which was surrounded by a jungle with all sorts of animals.
I can recognize the mating call of quite a lot of animals(even though I am no King/Queen)
That's one unique call.
But till date nothing beats the call of love of a dog.
AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Ok story time...I am not a gynecologist.I am a general practitioner(GP).
I used to really like observing animals when I was young..at one point I was thinking of being a Veterinarian but somehow decided to do MBBS instead.
Even frogs have a different call..it is a more seductive croak if you hear carefully.

When we were young, I was irritated by the non stop croak of a frog and scolded it for disturbing my sleep.
My brother, who is a fan of Sri. Madurai Mani Iyer told me,''Don't scold it! It might be the 'Madurai Mani Iyer' among frogs!'':lalala:
Ok what about these words:
dubuku, kasumalam, somari, kepmari, bemani, mavane gaali da ni!!
