Can we do property registration in the month of panguni? Are 04.04.2025 and 10.04.2025 auspicious days for registration? My birth star is anusham.

Yes, you can. People are advised by elders to not buy in the month of aadi and puratasi. Chitrai is a good month as well.

As you are a person born under the nakshatra of Anusham, a day that falls under Rohini nakshatra would be beneficial.

Please be aware that my knowledge regarding this is based on what I have heard growing up. Do try to look it up on google or try to find a trusted astrologer.

Therefore, individual's self consciousness for doing any satkarma or dharmic anushtana is of prime importance in vedic dharma than merely doing any rituals.
In my opinion, *Shraddha is dharma* and I totally believe, practice and preach-
धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः।
("धर्म एव हतो हन्ति धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितःतस्माद्धर्मो न हन्तव्यो मा नो धर्मो हतोऽवधीत् ॥ -Manusmriti
Also,
धर्म एव हतो हन्ति धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः ⁠।तस्माद् धर्मं न त्यजामि मा नो धर्मो हतोऽवधीत् ⁠॥ - Yudhishthir to Yalksha in Vanaparva of Mahabharat
besides,
धर्म एव हतो हन्ति धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः ⁠।तस्माद् धर्मो न हन्तव्यः पार्थिवेन विशेषतः ⁠॥ - Anushashan Parva")
All the time we as six-sensed creations should not be self centred but live for others. Thus, it is said -
त्यजेदेकं कुलस्यार्थे
ग्रामस्यार्थे कुलं त्यजेत् ।
ग्रामं जनपदस्यार्थे
आत्मार्थं पृथिवीं त्यजेत् ।।
Our vedacharyas (of all cults/sampradayas) always said-
"सत्याम् लोकान् जयति।"
सर्वं नारायणोद्भवम्। Lord Narayana bless all so that no one needs to go to three persons anytime for in this world, viz. Astrologer in desperation, Doctors and Lawyers.
Sarve bhavantu sukhinaH. शुभं भूयात्।
