We are really proud as a democratic country, we had and have such wonderful people. He is the stellar example of everything one can imagine.
 
The photo, is it really the former president. The type of cycle, dress, plastic stools in the background appears to be from the immediate past. Not something that was about 70 years ago.
 
On zooming the picture, the shirt appears to be ready made. No such ready made shirts available in those days; even if available the family of Kalam, said to be in a position, it could not afford to buy the shirt, in those days.

What about the the caption " Very Rare photo of Dr. APJ Kalam "
Only the poster of the thread could tell about the genuineness of the said rare photo.
