A simple peck is mostly ignored by the public and the moral police here in bharat, but may land one in trouble in middle east. But acrobatic khajuraho versions hailed by some folk here will land anyone in trouble in any country.

Censor Board approves Kalki's lesbian scene
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Censor Board's Revising Committee has cleared a same-sex lovemaking scene from the film, Margarita With A Straw but strangely insisted on trimming straight coupling. The Censors wanted a shot showing the lead character peeing cut, and a 13-second kissing scene between Kalki and her lesbian lover removed from the film which is about a woman with cerebral palsy coming to terms with her queer sexuality. But in a welcome move, the film has now got a clean chit from the CBFC's Revising Committee. "We've come out with only a single cut!" says an elated Shonali Bose, the producer-director of the film. However, the director is not happy with the Revising Committee shortening a 16-second scene involving a straight couple having sex. Shonali was asked to tone it down by "50 percent" because, to quote a Board member, "too much ho raha hai."

It is astonishing that some people go on & on about western lifestyle when everyone knows it is “rotten”, and they jump around & question – whether the people advocating in this forum follow all the rituals or not, whether they are really conservative or not… etc… blah blah blah…



Good satsangam will always have a long term impact. So even if some in this forum are not following our rituals today, just being in this forum, will expose them to the various posts talking about temples, rituals, pilgrimage, etc… so it has a positive knock on effect…



Well, don’t be surprised if our NRI gang on this forum comes with more bizarre explanations & pointed attacks on our country & its culture !!

So what if one ancient text talks about all this?.Over time, we have evolved into a very conservative society, particularly TN, & many want to bring their kids in such an environment..

It is about what we want today, not what happened in ancient past which is anyways NOT a mainstream text!!

If you want your kid to come up in a western lifestyle, etc.. it is your choice, nobody is stopping you right?

Similarly, those of us who prefer conservativeness, we will continue to be here & follow it…

I am amazed at this repetitive argument every now & then, that conservatives are not as conservative as they claim. so what ?????????? - is anyone asking for some trophy or a medal of honor???..

Kissing has been understood to be an "evolutionary matchmaker".

That is.. there is much more exchange that takes place in a simple act of kissing.

Its not merely an exchange of saliva.

In kissing there is an an exchange of pheromones that would carry information of health and immunity compatibility(taken from www.live science.com)

Bala sir..have you noticed or experienced that in the beginning of a relationship kissing seems to play an important role and much time is spent on it before other bases are explored.

The reason could be that the kissing period is a serious exchange of the much needed compatibility information..that is kissing is almost like matching horoscopes!

Most people only kiss people who they find attractive or have an intention to get into a relationship.

Sex workers are known not to kiss their clients and man who frequent sex workers too seldom indulge in kissing with them..the reason here is again evolutionary..that is the male and female in a sex worker scenario do not intend to "marry" each other..so there is no need for exchange of compatibility information.

Now coming back to relationships..as relationships mature,kissing takes a back seat becos the data base of compatibility has been establish and partners might not find kissing all that essential anymore.

That is partly the reason why oldies frown upon youngsters indulging in kissing cos the oldie has got the compatibility information of his wife and sees no need in kissing and he has forgotten that once he too needed kissing but since age related issues affected his memory he seems disgusted with the scenes of youths kissing.

But those who value kissing as important do not see it as disgusting and still indulge in it to keep the passion of their relationship alive....love is like a lamp..its needs to be fed with the oil of lust for a burning bright flame.

Some people in this forum want to "deride" Indians & our conservativeness, that is their only motto. if you oppose kissing in public, they will immediately support it saying what is wrong?. if you support our religion, culture, traditions, etc.. they will deride that.....

so anything you/we support, they will automatically deride it...

at the same time, when RR JI exposed this person asking how can she kiss in public & still claim that she is very conservative - LOL !!, this person now says that she is "still conservative" and kissing in public is part of "her conservative culture" & they do it regularly in airports & where not... LOL..

thats why I had written a thread on why such people come to religious forum & mock the religious...

you can only argue with people who are willing to listen & learn, you cannot argue with "dadi madus" LOL !!
