How to deal with high levels of testos?? 30+ , 2 kids yet LOL ?

Dont suggest devotion, spirituality,exercise etc. I am into all of them...

The probable solution(s) depends on what kind of guy you really are... and the company you keep. But in general, apart from what members have commented before:

1) Try massages...
2) Weekend drinks ( ) just dont go overboard
3) If you are not overweight, try headstand positions in yoga
4) If your ambience is liberal and understanding, there are other options else bite it out. Take a trip to amsterdam !!

It might well fade with age. Just saying.

I had already written a detail reply about medical issues and low sex drive post pregnancy.

Yes..you are right...there is no virtue in abstinence.

It can also mean serious relationship issues...like losing interest in partner itself.
