This short film, produced by Isabelle Collin and Venkat Ram and directed by Murali Nair, is an effort to present the complaints that our city has, in a musical way. The complaints were collected from the residents of the city and compiled by our musicians.

Expression of complaints through an art form shows the maturity of any society

One municipal corporation here sent brass band to play in front of the houses of property tax defaulters; collected about 8 crores in a few days, spending 8 lakhs on the band.

Last year, when some shops did not pay garbage collection fees, a skip full of garbage was dumped in front of the shop; no need to say the defaulter paid immediately.
