Instant Dhokla with out curd and eno.
1 cup besan
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, haldi
1/4 soda bi carb
1 tsp baking powder
Water
Mix besan salt haldi,lemon juice.
mix with a whisk without lumps.
Keep this for30 minutes.
Then add soda and baking powder.
Mix nicely. Batter will pluff up.
Pour the mixture in dhokla mould steam cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
