Interesting Shiva Mantram that invokes Muruga Bhagawan

This mantra that I have attached as an image found me yesterday and it came with an audio file teaching me how to pronounce it etc (I have not attached it as one may try to learn from that audio file and it could cause karmic ties to be formed between the person who sent it to me, me and whoever has learnt from it). If anyone knows the origin or where this is from or the meaning of this mantram kindly let me know the same.

Thank you in advance.

This chant is a devotional invocation combining elements of both Shaivism and Murugan worship.

pronounced in english as:
" Sakala jnana vasiya om yanamasiva
Hari om saravanabhava
Jaiyum kaliyum solam sriyum hriyum
Om saravanabhava
Devaththa hum pat "

Om, the essence of all knowledge, I bow to Lord Shiva, Hari Om, Saravanabhava (a sacred name of Lord Murugan) Victory, power, abundance, prosperity, and divine grace
Om Saravanabhava
Divine chant – Hum Pat.

and what do you mean karmic ties?!
it’s a power ritual for shiva and his first son, it will help your karma

Thank you so much for letting me know about this.

Karmic ties with the person who learns it. This was a concept taught to me by elders in the family. The idea is that when a guru gives you a mantra, they hold some responsibility, and a tie is formed. The concept is slightly esoteric and difficult to explain. This has nothing to do with Shiva and Muruga perumal.

Could you let me know why both of them have been invoked together and if there's a reason for that?

Jaiyum kaliyum solam sriyum hriyum
Furthermore, I just noticed that in your English translation, you got some of the beeja mantras wrong. The first three are Muruga perumal's beeja mantra (you got the youm part right).
