There must be some extra terrestrial intelligence..dont we Hindus have many Devas? Devas are not earthlings..so for all practical purposes they are extra terrestrials.
Lets not forget Pitrs too...they too are extra terrestrials.Signals from earth reach Devas and Pitrs tru rituals...so why cant Extra Terrestrials send us signals??
