I got this in a whatsapp message...

I was in SBI branch office this morning...Too much crowd..The 2 ladies handling new accounts were flabbergasted..They were supposed to create customer ID & also issue new account no...They have to do verification of docs (multiple docs for opening various type of accounts)..The lady also has to take print outs & attest various demand drafts, Bankers cheque & deposits and affix multiple stamps..I was seated for nearly 1 hour..They had to answer so many queries without batting an eyelid & at the same time had to make sure customers are satisfied...Even in Private sector it is not like that
