Reference back to my earlier post on – our true origins !
In short:
Jesus Christ = Lord VasuDeva Krishna = Son of God
King Solomon = King Ravana = King Priam = Brahma
Vedic Mythology = Roman/Greek Mythology = Jewish Mythology. Different kings are glorified by each of them, if you look closely all the Kings exist during this time. Some of them may be very minor kings insome texts, but the same kings will be larger than life in different texts depending on the war/context.
Homer’s Greece + Troy = Maha (Bigger) Bharatha Kingdom = Kingdom of Israel + Kingdom of Juda = (Karnataka+ Andhra + Tamil Nadu + Kerala)
Athens = Madurai = Mathura
Rome = Badami = Troy = Lanka
Atlantis = Dwaraka = Puhar = Kaveripattinam
Lets review the Old/New testament & Bible. Testament is known as “Testament of Solomon”. King Solomon is the wisest man in all the worlds, richest man in all the worlds (so was King Priam, King Ravana, King Pulekeshi), his mines hold vast treasures, & is a very Noble Man. People came from far & wide to seek his wisdom, judgement. He is the author of Testament. In one account, known as the Judgment of Solomon, two women came before Solomon to resolve a quarrel over which was the true mother of a baby. When Solomon suggested they should divide the living child in two with a sword, one woman said she would rather give up the child than see it killed. Solomon then declared the woman who showed compassion to be the true mother, and gave the baby to her. You can see many such parallels in our puranas.
So King Solomon = King Priam = King Ravana = Chalukyan KingPulekeshi = Brahma = Creator of the Vedas = Creator of Testament !!
Kingdom of Israel = Land above the Cauvery covering parts of Karnataka & Andhra.
Kingdom of Judah = Land below the Cauvery covering parts of Kerala, Karnataka & Tamil Nadu.
Correct “Jerusalem” which is in the Kingdom of Judah as referred to in Testament/Bible = Salem in Tamil Nadu. Incidentally there is a Jarugamalai in Salem J
After the fall of Troy, the Trojans/Brahmins/Jews, move to different kingdoms under different Kings.The sufferings of these Brahmins/Jews & their freedom is the story of Moses & the mythical parting of the sea, which is the same as Agastya drying up the sea. When the demon Vrutaasura was troubling the Devas/Brahmins, they went to Lord Brahma to seek a solution who tells themto go to Agastya to drink up the entire sea so that they can locate the demon & defeat him
Lord Krishna is born to VasuDeva = Son of God but he is raised in a shepherd family. Similarly Jesus Christ is a son of God & born to a Virgin Mary. So like Jesus is NOT the direct son of the Jewish Carpenter,so is Krishna NOT the son of the Sheperd.
Testament / Bible & all texts are completely silent about Jesus’s life from age 12 to 30. These are known as the missing years ofJesus & has led to intense speculation – some saying he went to Tibet, India, etc.., & was influenced by Buddhism etc..
These missing years from 12 to 30 are the years where Jesus Christ = Lord Vasudeva Krishna defeats Kamsa & plays a central role in the MahaBharata war where he supports his cousins – Pandavas to win the warin Kurushetra !!
After the war, Krishna meets Gandhari who is furious, accuses him for the war & cursing him to suffer. Krishna deeply moved by the grief of Gandhari says – Thathastu – So be it !!. Krishna then willing goes into penance/atonement for the war !!
Now coming to which historical/written inscription war is the real Mahabharata ?. Arikesari Purankusa Maravarman Pandian is the King who goes to battle against Parthavar & subdues the Kurunadu after many battles.(On a side note, King Pulekeshi is compared to Legendary King Yayati in written inscriptions. Krishna, Kurus & Pandavas are all descendants of Yayati as per Mahabharata). Kurunadu is the land of south Karnataka & Kerala.
Also Pandiyan King - Arikesari Parankusa Maravarman (also known as Koon Pandiyan) had converted into Jainism/Vaishnavism due to the influence/teachings a this time.
After the war, the Pandian King comes back to Madurai & falls ill. Despite many attempts, none are able to resolve it. So finally they seek the help of Saint Sambandhar who cures him. He then reconverts back to Shaivism at the order of Sambandhar. King then orders the Jains /Vaishnavites to reconvert back, many reconvert back to Shaivism & many defy the king & do not. He then orders the “Impalement” of these Jains/Vaishnavites - as per written inscriptions !! (Surprise isn’t it?, nobody would have thought about impalement as a punishment in our history - this was the missing link to conclusively link Christianity to Vaishavisim - Krishna-ism)
So Lord VasuDeva Krishna/ Jesus Christ willing go through this impalement along with their people & atone for the “sins of humanity =sins of BharataVarshe = land of the humans). This atonement, crucifixion leads to Jesus Christ/Krishna to ascend directly to Heaven, leading to Krishna-ism =Christianity !!
So this correctly addresses the many many stories of Jesus resurrection/Krishna re-incarnation/avatars, Jesus was in India, the Islamic text mentioning Jesus as Issa being buried in Pakistan/Kashmir, many legends that Jesus lived beyond the crucifixion & lived till old age etc…
So while Vaishnavism – worship of Vishnu existed for along time, the Mahabharata war splits the society & fuels the Shaivite vs Vaishavite war. Even the Ramayana war did not create such an issue –Narasimhavaraman’s (King Rama) descendants are all Shaivites, infact one of his grandsons is Parameshawara & is known as the greatest devotee of Shiva.
After the Jain/Vaishnavite persecution in Tamil Nadu, mostof them re-convert back to Shaivism but they continued to keep their grudge J. So during the times of Sambandhar, Sri Shankara, the Vaishnavism remained dormant & Ramanuja revives theVaishnavism with his Dvaita Philosophy !! Iyengars/ Madhavas then split fromthe Iyers/Smarthas & form a independent tradition !!
So that’s why Krishna & his worship is so integral in the Vaishnavite traditions !! and more importantly Buddha is seen as one of the Vishnu Avataram, because Vaishavism = Jainism = Buddhism = Christianity !!
My view – while many may or may not agree with Lord Krishna’s role in Mahabharata, we need to look at this form the times when they all lived. During this time, people went to war for everything & for Krishna to ask the Pandavas to wage a Dharma Yudha is extra-ordinary. As I said earlier, Bhagavad Gita is the pinnacle of our civilization & his discourse on soul, maya of life, Dharmam, Nishkama Karma etc are pearls of wisdom.
In conclusion, ours is truly a blessed land of Vedas/Testament, Shaivism, Vaishnavism/Jainism/ Christianity, Buddhism, Baghavad Gita/Bible, Advaita/Dvaita, trodden by the giants of Gods & Men, Great Brahmin Rishis, extra-ordinary culture & traditions !!
Most importantly, we all owe to our Great Brahmin Ancestors for having preserved all this through the eternity of time!! Continued Vedic Chants by our Brahmins through eternity created a Divine Wind that protected us from any & all disasters !!
Merry Christmas,Christ-Mas, Cristina-Mas, Krisna-Mas, Krishna-Jan-Mas-thami !!
