In a bid to reach more users, Microsoft is introducing a cheaper version of the Surface 3 with the same processor and less storage. It had the same quad-core Intel i7 Processor, but storage is around 128GB, which is less than the 256GB found in other variants.
Otherwise, it is bit for bit the same as the more expensive variants. According to Microsoft, the device will be released soon at $1299, and is not the cheapest Surface Pro in Microsoft’s lineup, with the i5 powered versions undercutting it.
