Satya Nadella at Microsoft --- His usage of the word KARMA and their POUNCING upon him.

PODHUM DEE MA...PENN SHAKTEENGALA..PODHUNDEE MA.. THAANGAADHU BHOOMI...

ADAADADHU SENJAAL PADAADHA PAADU PADANUM...is a old saying in Tamil.

DEIVATHTHUKKAE ADUKKAADHA SEIYYAL SEIDHU YENDEE MAA IYARKAIYUDAYA SEETRATHTHUKKU ( fury of nature ) AAL AAGAREENGA.

What a pity. Oh My God !!! A man in the high seat, totally shaken off his wits.

My inner voice tells me SATYA meant no harm.

What SATYA must have meant was" THE GOOD DEEDS YOU DO WILL REWARD YOU ONE DAY ".

So, the Karma Theory was his message I Guess.

Caught Off-Guard by mis-interpretation, almost in a jiffy, i feel SATYA was wrongfully and brutally cornered.

Hmmm...Just One Faulty Interpretation...Just One... A Giant brought down...

The Interpretation was a bit TOO WISE. Satya was a bit TOO LATE.

In his attempt to salvage remnants of dignity, he issued an apology instead of a simple explanation that he meant the karma theory about good work being rewarded for sure.

Now, the ones who pounced upon him can never erase the mark of their claws that dug deep into his larynx.

But they can for sure, introspect.

Satya cannot revoke his apologies for that would only make matters worse.

This, I would opine, is his karma that probably was lurking in the dark, round the corner to strike.

Hmmm…

Nett-Nett, It pained me.

My Inner Voice says he meant the ESSENCE of the Karma Theory and not anything wrong.

Dear Sir,

Personally I think it is little immature for the CEO of Microsoft to have used the terms such as 'karma' to explain things will work out the way they will for good workers. One of the women commented, "Nobody gets anything done by sitting around quietly and this also includes the CEO". He could have meant that in normal course, good worker will get rewarded as the way they should be, but using terms such as 'karma' in a business environment is not of good taste, IMHO. :)

These are the times where everything is read in between the lines. So, people particularly those of high profile should exercise caution in their public comments. any way much ado about nothing!

Very Good reply. Yes, use of word KARMA in a business environment is not of appropriate taste. Yes, you are right.

Interpretation might not be the same by different people.

Very Neat Observation of current trends... You said it the best " These are the times where everything is read in between the lines "
Again well said "
any way much ado about nothing "
