Can women who live abroad truly have any personal time for their own?

Dear Girijab,

Why not?

Personal time is totally making space for ourselves.

Why do you feel its not possible?

BTW what has this to do with location of a person? Abroad or not abroad as in India and outside of India?

girijab ji

Why not? why do you have this doubt?

Of course it depend upon the place where one lives; Certain cultures and countries do not allow much freedom to women compared to West. It also depends upon, husband, parents, Society where they live.

Many Indians/ Hindu Women living in US/ UK, Australia, and other western countries enjoy their own time.

Time management is difficult for some.

It is because most women try to balance long work hours at office with home responsiblities.

Balancing leads to lesser time for personal things.

in western context , lack of domestic support in terms of maids is missing. extended families are far off in distant lands .

so it gets difficult to manage time for oneself.

it is true of some indian metros also.

ladies suffer more than men if they do not have supporting husbands
