நாள் என்ன செய்யும் வினைதான் என்ன செய்யும் என்னை நாடி வந்த கோள் என்ன செய்யும் கொடுங்கூற்று என்ன செய்யும் குமரேசர் இரு தாளும் சிலம்பும் சலங்கையும் தண்டையும் ஷண்முகமும் தோளும் கடம்பும் என் கண் முன்னே தோன்றினவே

The above is a Tiruppugazh Stanza of Arunagirinathar. He says when he keeps Lord Muruga is his heart, all the navagrahas will not do any harm to him.

Dear Uncle

This is not in "Thirupugazh". Its verse 38 from "Kandar Alangaram" ofcourse written by Arunagirinathar only...

This is just the previous stanza of "naal en siyum"

Verse 37

"kandunda solliar melliar kama kalavithannai
...
dundun dudududu doodoo dudududu dundudundu
dindin denakkotti yaadavench soorkkondra RAVOOTHANE"

This is a perfect tonguetwister to read and enjoy. But what I wish to know is in the final punch he has called muruga as "RAVUTHAN". What is the real meaning of it???
