The Indian (mis) government has released Sanjay Dutt from jail again, because his wife is "ill". Last news was, she was partying hard during the time she claimed to be "ill". And he never ill treated anyone or was involved in scams, he just had some guns, that's all.
The Indian gov't can be counted on to shield the criminals and punish the innocent, like the recent Khobragade case which has not received even a cursory mention in the US media, and India seems to be retracting because there's more and more proof of her criminal intent. She owns vast tracts of agricultural land, and apartments worth several crores of INR which is not possible for any ordinary diplomat. And Sanjay Dutt had a blast in jail, now he's out again. Shameful.
