Delhi development authority DDA is planning to build exclusive senior citizen friendly studio flats within a self sustained complex with emphasis on peace,health and security.
DDA had announced 800 such flats in dwarka and has identified three more locations,rohini,,maidan garhi and east delhi sanjay lake.
now they are working out cost ,maintenance,operstion of these flats.each apatment will be 1bhk with living room kitchen and bath
these flats will be green buildings with medical care 24into 7 ,nursing facilities, there will be entertainment,sauna,spa,party centre,meditation/prayer rooms, dining room,laundry services
will other states think of such things for senior citizens
