Hello, I have a doubt regarding what set of days, how many days we can observe vrath during a month. I have recently started observing vrath on ekadashis (oberserving with phalaharam now).
Further, I would like to start vratham on pradoshams, sankatahara chaturthis. And I wanted to continue my grandmother's tradition, of observing complete vrath on krithikai, sashtis and saturdays. Now the problem is that between all those days, I can hardly find days to eat in some months. Hence, I ask the learned peoples of this forum, is there a prevailing practice to observe a set of days among these? Also, I would not ask this question if I hadn't recently lost 11 kilos over a year and a half, hence I am a little worried about the effects of observing vrath on all those days. Of course, I wouldn't be able to attempt to start fasting on all those days, just during ekadashi with phalaharam, I get headaches from the back of my head.
