Here is a nice song for you and to all my friends. A beautiful song from the movie 'மீனவ நண்பன்' - நேரம் பௌர்ணமி நேரம். I have heard this song a lot of times and is one of my favourites but today was the first time I saw the video and came to know from which movie it is!

Dear Valli.. here is my song for the day..here it is early to rise and early to bed policy... at 5:30 the day starts.. and by 6:00 it is dark... and it is the time to complete the day... and in Cambodia we are getting good internet speed.. internet speed was a problem in some places of Vietnam.. in the evenings we are normally free, so, I can able come frequently to your thread.. nothing else...when I couldn't log on, I devoted my time in reading... it was worth...thanks for your nice comments... here is my humble contribution... My dearest Valli,
I am back home after a long vacation. it was a great experience to see different places and different cultures. all the places were good, people were too very friendly.. I felt like in Kerala when we were in Cambodia.. full of greenery, paddy fields, simple people, lots of temples.. But, when our flight landed in Mumbai... I felt very comfortable at last, I don't know why.. it made me so happy to back in our own land. I was in my thoughts and suddenly this poem came to my mind which I have learned when I was my school... very famous poem of Makhanlal Chaturvedi.. He was called Rashtra Kavi of India. Patriotic poet...I am sorry to add a Hindi poem in your thread.. but it is a lovely poem and I am giving its English translation also... with warm regards.. Anandi
