Dear friends

My kuthu song for today is from the movie 'கிழக்குச்சீமையிலே' - மானூத்து மந்தையிலே மான்குட்டி பெத்த மயிலே.

vengai - terrible movie, inspite of my fav dhanush tamanna in it.

but this song, i heard it while driving to work today, on cmt 101.3 FM radio, which is the local tamil radio (also on internet).

that girl tamanna, has that mischievous look and given a chance, will lead you on to doing 'wicked' things. oh joy!!

am rather surprised that how our friends have missed the king of Kuthu song.
It is from the film Kumudam and the best part of this song and Dance sequence is the Bad boy of yester years tamil movie will be dancing .

The bad boy Mr. M.R. Radha.
Same way there was a Kuthu music in Thillana Mohanambal.
The music by Mr. Shivaji and group outside Balaji,s Bunglow. nad is named as Western note.

Please go through the thread and all the posts and you will find that they have already been posted!

I have no problem in the songs getting repeated since we can't remember all of them, but you could definitely refrain from using the phrase 'am rather surprised how come you have missed this song' etc etc.

It is nothing Kunjuppu sir,
On hearing the song if you start singing along with that it is Classical or melody song.
If the song make U to Dance it is Kuthu song.
Like wise I have 2 Kuthu music (no song) will make people including foreigners in Thillana mohanambal , the Western note ,
the 2 nd one Am I permitted Valli ji.

i dont know whether i like the beat, the remix of simply the lyrics of this song.

if mrs K's name was meena kumari, i would have been thrilled, to do a duet with her. but it is not.

not sure, if any of our beloved lady members go by the name of meena kumari. if they do, i dedicate this song to them.

'en peru meenakumari' mixed with chandrababu's'pambara kannaley'.

now that renu is back in the circuit, i think, it is only fair that she sets the benchmark on this song dance.

suggest, that she videotapes her performace and shares it among us, certain special friends and admirers. atleast we will know what competition mrs k and yourself are up against, eh! ;)

Off late there is a super Kuthu song in Telugu.
Infact I heard this song in Jharkhand. This song is quite famous there and people for any good occassion plays this song and dance for that.
The song goes like this
Aaa ante Amlapura.
Aha ante
Just superb sir infact it will make any gender any age to dance for the Tune.
 
Has anybody referred to
Namma ooru singari Singapuru vandhaalam from Ninaithale inikkum.
Excellent Rajni with top class Young Geetha in his dreams.
Am not sure under which category this song will appear.

I just looked up that Telugu kuthu aa ante amalapuram song. I had no idea they do telugu kutthu as well :).

I lovee that Namma ooru singaari, singapuru vanthaalaam... :)....always gets me doing the twist :D
