I keep wondering how he is Scot free for nearly 10 months

after the mysterious death of his attractive wife under suspicious circumstances!

Money and power can cover up many things. :tsk:

I do hope Sunanda gets her justice - even if it is delayed!
 
The medical team probing the death of Sunanda Pushkar... has concluded that she died of poisoning.

The report did not name the specific poison or chemical that caused the death. Instead, it listed a number of poisons that cannot be detected in Indian labs.

Ergo, the team concluded that she died of poisoning? What kind of conclusion is this?

Among the 15 injuries the team examined on Sunanda's body, it found 'injury number 10' to be a mark caused by the needle of a syringe.

How come no one speculated that she could have died of deliberate insulin overdose which is hard to detect?

The favorite method every doctor talks about!

But it can be detected...Low Levels of C Peptide in post mortem blood of an otherwise healthy person is indicative of Exogenous Insulin Overdose.

So it all depends if the Medical Examiner thought about Insulin Overdose and took a blood sample for C Peptide or not.

There are all sorts of wild guesses surrounding the mysterious death of Sunanda...Polonium 210, a radioactive substance in few milligrams mixed with any drink is lethal...This cannot be detected by Indian labs..Not sure if they have preserved samples for additional testing!
 

Delhi Police register murder case in Sunanda Pushkar's death

Post-mortem report said she died of 'poisoning'

Nearly a year after Sunanda Pushkar, wife of former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor, was found dead at a hotel room in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, the police have registered a murder case in connection with the death.

The police also said that if needed, Mr. Tharoor could be called for questioning about the incident, which took place on January 17 last year.

Announcing this on Monday, Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi said that conclusions made in a medical report submitted to them on December 29 confirmed that Pushkar was poisoned.

The report, prepared by the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences after studying the viscera report, contradicted the preliminary report, which concluded that it was caused by “overdose of Alprax.”

The new report, it is learnt, rules out the presence of Alprax in the body.

Mr. Bassi said they would try to find whether the poison was fed to Pushkar orally or injected into her body.

“To ascertain the quantity of poison we will have to send the samples abroad as it cannot be done in the country. For sending the viscera samples outside India for tests, we are required to register a case which we have. Further, medical reports make it amply clear that it was a case of unnatural death and hence section 302 (murder) of Indian Penal Code has been invoked,” he said.

Just two days ago subramanyan swamy said he will file a PIL within ten days if no action is taken or an SIT is formed. Now this news.
Today swamy said as per his sources sunanda tharoor threatened to release list of IPL betters operating via Dubai. Many prominent politicians are in the list.
The police had made many investigation mistakes(?); her luggage was missing, some foreigners had stayed in the hotel with fake passports, CCTV did not work only in her corridor, taroor left at eight for a ten o' clock meeting, his driver came to the room with a stranger. The list is quite big.
 
One of the tell tale marks on the lady's body was the mark of an injection!!!
Stomach poison cannot be admistered as an injection - as far as I know.
Snake venom is a poison in the blood stream but not necesarily in the stomach
UNLESS the persons has bleeding ulcers / sores/wounds in the stomach
giving the poison a chance to mingle with the blood stream.

Shashi Tharoor has said that he is ‘stunned’ to hear that the Delhi Police have filed a case of murder against unknown persons in Sunanda Pushkar’s death, and offered full cooperation with the investigation. In a press note e-mailed to newspaper offices from the MP’s office , Congress MP Tharoor said he was joining all members of Sunanda’s family in asking for full information about the basis on which the police have come to this conclusion.

The statement reads as follows: “I am stunned to hear that the Delhi Police have filed a case of murder against unknown persons in the demise of my late wife Sunanda. Needless to say I am anxious to see this case is investigated thoroughly and continue to assure the Police of my full co-operation. Although we never thought of any foul play in the death of my wife, we all want that a comprehensive investigation be conducted and that the unvarnished truth should come out.”

“In the meantime I join all members of Sunanda’s family in asking for full information about the basis on which the Police have come to this conclusion. We have not been provided with copies of the post-mortem report and other reports of the inquiry like the CFSL report till date. We repeat our request for a copy of these reports to be provided to us immediately.”

He was the only person in India who thought there was no foul play. And he was the husband of the deceased!

How can such an educated person who has published such major tomes have stooped to this to chase one woman after another?

A person so-well-placed and with the right connections

(AND IF HE WERE REALLY INNOCENT AND SHOCKED)

would have tried to speed up the proceedings to identify and catch the killer

AND not let the things drag for one year to register his surprise and show shock.
 
Truth will never be allowed to prevail, if powerful people are involved in any murder case.

This is a deliberate vendetta against Shashi to malign his political career !! Lot of politicians are threatened by this highly educated, super smart rising leader. why did it take 1 yr to come to this contrapted conclusion ? what poison was used to kill her ? is it a poison from a drug overdose ? or a poison as in poison ?. In this country, crooks & criminals are allowed to go scot free, & innocent person like Shashi stoned !! Maya was caught strangling Kanshi her mentor, what happened? why no media flare up on this & million others?

12:49 Headlines Today's tasteless reporting on Sunanda Pushkar : Headlines Today served up on January 6 night a classic example of living rather distastefully off the dead, writes mediawatcher, The Hoot.

The channel obtained footage of Sunanda Pushkar after her death in a hotel room, focused repeatedly on injury marks on her body, and anchor and reporter kept spinning out the same details of their "exclusive" as the footage was looped. Are there no norms to be followed in reporting such news? The anchor advised viewer discretion when the story began. How about some newsroom discretion?
 
Another question from swamy. She was booked in room no. 307, but body found in 345.

It is not unusual to change rooms in hotels after booking or after checking in .
But the main question to the probed are :
1) What was the real reason for her checking in to the Hotel in the first place ? Was it natural or was a situation created for her to check in to the hotel so that the next plan of action ( i.e murdering her )can take place smoothly .

2) How come the CCTV Cameras on that particular floor not working . It should be investigated how long they were not working and why were they not rectfied soon . Five Star Hotels have very high maintenance standards and they will see to it that all the gadgets are running smoothly and even if any gadget fail to work they will get it rectified soon .

The answers to these 2 questions are very vital in this murder mystery .
