Point 2 - On the CCTVs not working - this does not mean Shashi teamed up with the Hotel Management, & planned to finish her off !. even if true, with so much speculation, will not one of the hotel guys involved opened his mouth by now ?

This is another info from swamy. All the hotel staff working in the critical zone have resigned and left. Police will have a tough time tracing them. Another point , he got a call in the evening in which the word 'terminated' was used. Police has the recorded conversation.

i have never mentioned that Sashi was involved in this . I am only pointing out to the Murder angle . Let the detail probe reveal all the angles to this case .I am willing to wait but I am surprised that it took so long for the Police to arrive at this angle . I really do not know whether this is a system/procedural delay or delay due to incompetence or delay due to some political compulsions ( now that the Delhi Assembly elections are going to take place ) .

EW DELHI: In yet another twist in his wife's death, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has accused Delhi Police of "assaulting" and "intimidating" his domestic help into "confessing" that they both killed Sunanda Pushkar as police said it believes prima facie it is a case of murder.

A Special Investigation Team has been constituted to probe Sunanda's death, said Delhi Police Commissioner B S Bassi to whom Tharoor had written a letter on November 12 last year alleging police pressure on his domestic help Narayan Singh.

In the letter, the former Union Minister had complained of "unacceptable and illegal" conduct by one of its officers who "repeatedly physically assaulted" his domestic help Singh to force him to confess that they both murdered her.

Tharoor said he and his staff had "cooperated fully" with the police probing the case.

These sort of cases need very clear evidence to nail the culprits but if evidence has been damaged / not recorded either deliberately or due carelessness then we will be only dealing with various conspiracy theories .

Mkrishna100 – fair enough. The reason this has taken morethan 1 yr is because there is no evidence against Shashi despite allspeculation & trying to implicate him.

Police chief said recently that there is no credence tothe allegation made by Shashi that police thrashed the domestic help. How didhe know the police did not thrash the domestic help ?. how will anyone knowwhether he was thrashed or not ? oh, his deputy came & told him the truthin his ears !! LOL !!

This case was closed with 2 panel of doctors saying thereis no foul play. Deliberately after a few months, one of the doctor wasinstigated to send a mail to the police questioning this conclusion.

I mean on which wolrd have you seen one of the doctordeliberately questioning a panel decision, that too after months ?

Clearly the new govt is going on a vendetta againt Shashi with enough tacit support fromcongress. Given his charisma, & leadership, Rahul is a big zero !!

There is NO case against Shashi, the govt, media, & alot of political folks are trying their best

Sorry, all these statements like - "professional murders does 3 things" etc.. are all speculation. Pl show "one hard evidence" that implicates Shashi !! Pl tell us what poison was used? - mosquito poison ? or cockroach poison ? LOL !!!

Yesterday Shashi Tharoor was summoned by the Police for the second time after his first tryst with police on Jan 19......Simultaneously viscera samples have been sebnt to FBI Lab in US...Is there something to do with the now defunct Kochi IPL...Investigation is at snail's pace
