YES, it should not be, but what is the point of this thread? Do you have proposal to clean it?
We all have to relieve ourself, before that we retain it in our body, a picture of inside of our body is not going to look good either. So it is obvious and serves no purpose.

I think may be we are all waiting for a AAP like party that can clear the cobwebs of corruption to clear this too..We require people with that drive and motivation for physical cleanliness too!

Prasadji, the whole point of the thread is to show that there are groups of people who care enough about their country (the physical condition at least) to at least make an attempt to keep it clean. Just like Kejriwal is trying to clean up dirty politics, so too there are movements within the country to clean up the streets.
If you note, this is in the "Chitchat" section where you can talk about anything you like. And that includes information about things that are happening/movements in our world or in our country. Hope this answers your question.

Padderji,
I did not question your right post the thread. I do not like to hang dirty laundry in public either. By posting and promoting a sight which shows India in bad light without any suggestion to clean it, does not serve any purpose. It is not that Indians do not see the dirtiness everyday.

Prasadji, may I respectfully say that you have not read through the link. If you click on it, it takes you to a typical Indian street, and when you click on one of the four options, it'll take you to the actual work this group of Indians is doing to clean up the country. Click on the "About Us" link and you'll read about this group.
I don't know what you mean by hanging dirty laundry out. This link actually shows the wonderful work this group of people (who call themselves The Ugly Indian) is doing to clean up our streets. Rather than showing India in a poor light, it is showing the other side of India, people who are committed, altruistic and truly care about cleaning the streets. Please do go through it, and you will see what I mean. (And this is no scam or fake. The friend who mailed me this link is part of this movement and he's a retired Wing Commander).

I stand corrected, my apologies to you and the organization.

May I suggest, that you post a link and a little bit of the navigation that one needs to do to get your message across. I clicked the link provided in your mail, and saw the picture, I stopped there.

I had no inclination or interest in going forward. May be I should have, but your posy did not direct me there. So a small write like an introduction to the group would have been helpful to me. In this day and age our (mine) attention span is only few seconds. Sorry again.

Prasadji, you are right. I should have given a small message about navigating the site or an introduction to the group. My apologies. Anyway, there's always a next time! :-)
