X and Y were two farmers and had remained close friends for several years.
The sturdy horse which X owned became ill as he consulted Y about the problem

Y said , "When my horse had a similar problem I gave it turpentine."
X went home happy and gave his horse turpentine to drink.
The poor horse fell to the ground and breathed its last.

X became mad with anger and confronted Y again the next day.
Y replied in a matter of fat tone,"My horse also died after drinking turpentine!"

X asked Y, "Why didn't you tell me that your horse died after drinking turpentine?"
Y replied in a matter of fact tone "But you never asked me what happened to my horse?"

The logic put forward is "What do we have to lose?
My reply is "A human life - due to wrong medication!"
